lost and found

The other day, just before I got to the place where my mom picks me up at school, someone opened my backpack. Earlier that day my compass had broke and I put the pieces in my knapsack. When the person opened my bag I thought that my compass piece fell out and was gone, but after we got home my dad found it in a corner of my knapsack. Then we fixed it. I feel better because the compass was fixed.
